dawin gmbh has been developing individual business solutions for over 15 years. At the EuroShop, in partnership with DLoG GmbH and Nordic ID GmbH, speech-controlled solutions, including those for logistics, inventory creation and mobile data recording, are demonstrated.
The speech-controlled, mobile programs by dawin can be installed on any devices (PDA/tablet-PC). In addition to areas of application such as pick-by-voice, speech-controlled solutions by dawin offer additional fields of application, such as quality measurement, maintenance, stocktaking and much more.
By way of its software solution, dawin checkMaster, dawin is also presenting its platform for mobile data management. This enables almost all mobile company processes to be carried out with one single software solution. Inefficient media disruptions are avoided, and shadow systems, like Excel, become superfluous. Thanks to the checkMaster by dawin, the user can create any data recording templates, such as checklists or tasks, and forward them to anywhere in the world.
Mobile data is recorded with the help of suitable mobile devices such as PDAs or smartphones. Paper forms are no longer necessary.
dawin checkMaster can be integrated into any existing business applications and IT systems. Data import and export possibilities and immediate availability of the recorded data in the checkMaster database improve the efficiency and quality of mobile processes. The software includes a whole panoply of technical features (image recording, voice recording, task input fields, signature fields, integration of additional modules such as mobile CAD etc.) so that it won’t be necessary to purchase devices such as digital cameras, for example.
Learning to use the software is intuitive, and the design is very well-executed. Thanks to the additional dawin checkMaster voice module, the software can be controlled and used with voice commands. In conjunction with a headset, the user can operate the software hands-free.
dawin checkMaster is already available in 9 languages. The software is based on an MS SQL database and can be used on mobile devices with Windows Mobile 5.0 (or higher).
